F.A.Q. ???

Check in / Check out times?
Check in officially begins at 2 pm. You are welcome to arrive anytime from 8 am to midnight on your day of arrival, but beds are ready at 2 pm. Anyone arriving after midnight, please email or call with your approximate arrival time. Check out is anytime by 11 am.
Cancellation or Changes?
You can cancel or change a reservation without penalty, by email only, 24 hours prior to our check in time of 2 pm - so the day before your arrival, before 2pm! Anything after will incur the full cost of the first night of your booking.
Washington State Resident?
We are a travelers hostel only - If you live in Washington State, please email before you book!
Seattle Parking?
Parking on street FREE from 8 pm to 8 am. Street parking is $2.00 an hour. There is a paid city lot behind the Hostel: Early bird at 8am is $10 to evening and approx $15 for evening parking. Cheapest and/or free is to park in the nearby residental area and walk 20 mins back to hostel. Details supplies upon check in. Remember Parking in any city can be expensive , plan accordingly and ask for local advice , it could save you big bucks.
Linens and Towels?
We provide all bedding, and request you do not bring any from home! You can bring your own towels, or just rent one from us for your stay - $2 each. Towels are provided in the Private Rooms with En-Suite bath only. We will bag any personal pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, etc. brought into the hostel.
Food?
Breakfast is included every morning: Assorted fresh fruits, whole wheat toast with a variety of spreads, assorted cereals, milk, coffee and hot teas. 8am-10am. Of course, Pike Place Market is only a 10 minute walk away, and our neighborhood of Belltown is full of the best cafe's and restaurants. Our own Hostel Cafe coming soon too! Tons of cheap food restaurants are a stones throw away. Menu book at reception for quick decisions!
Cooking?
Our newly renovated kitchen is on the first floor, completely commercial! Cooks beware - you will not want to leave. Fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Bring your own food, label it with your name and date of check out to keep in our fridges. Fridge only, no freezer. We also have an outdoor grill - Wait, what!!!???
Luggage Storage?
We will be happy to store your luggage for FREE in our secure luggage storage room on the day of your arrival or departure. Day of only, for arrivals before 2 pm check in, or on day of check out until 10 pm only. We regretfully do not have space to accommodate overnight luggage storage. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen.
Age Limits?
We welcome guests of any age! However, if you are under 18, you cannot book a dorm room - private rooms only with a parent or guardian in tow.
Curfew?
We do not believe in curfews...you are old enough to decide when to come home! Just be thoughtful to your fellow travelers please (watch your noise, and don't turn on the lights)!

Bike Storage?
We have an outdoor area that is locked, for hostel use only. Available from 8 am to midnight only. No in/out services - if you plan to use your bike while visiting, street racks are your answer! Absolutely no bikes in the hostel itself.
How long can I stay?
5 nights is our max. We do occasionally make exceptions. Just email us the nature of, and length of your stay, and we will get right back to you!
